This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from distanzmask.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

When you visit distanzmask.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse distanzmask.com, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to distanzmask.com, and information about how you interact with distanzmask.com. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

ONLINE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may want to register with distanzmask.com to make shopping faster and easier. As a registered customer, you only have to enter your billing and shipping addresses and account information once and they will be securely stored in our database for your future use. Then click “Save this information for next time”. Use your username and password to access your account online at any time when adding, deleting, or modifying information. If you are using a computer at a public place, we encourage you to log out at the end of your session. Your information is securely stored with us and will not be accessible to anyone else from that computer.

WE COLLECT DEVICE INFORMATION USING THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES:

“Log files” track actions occurring on distanzmask.com, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

“Tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse distanzmask.com.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through distanzmask.com, we collect Order information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through distanzmask.com (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud and when in line with your preferences, we provide you with information or advertising relating to our products. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing emails from us anymore, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in a marketing email or you can send us an email request at sales@fullturndirect.com.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with distanzmask.com, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, shipping and payment service providers. For our marketing emails, we use the marketing automation service Constant Contact. In all cases, we strictly adhere to the legal requirements. The amount of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through distanzmask.com, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

In any case, your data will be retained for the duration of the warranty period and obligatory commercial and tax retention periods.

MINORS AND CHILDREN 

Persons who are at least 16 years of age are permitted to register for an Account as set forth in the Terms of Service (Eligibility). If distanzmask.com becomes aware that any Minor is submitting or has submitted personal information to distanzmask.com without parental consent, we will close the Account and delete any personal information within our control as soon as possible. 

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

For purposes of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), distanzmask.com makes the following statement: distanzmask.com is not directed to or intended for persons under the age of 16. If distanzmask.com becomes aware that any person submitting personal information is under the age of 16, we will close the Account and delete any personal information within our control as soon as possible. 

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1798.83 

If you are a resident of California, in addition to the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, you generally have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Distanzmask.com does not share any personal information with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
